History:
Although Jemai'yu a 'deviation' and should be outcast to his race, he quickly rose to the highest ranks possible within his culture's society. His draconic wings have been with him since birth, but no one was able to explain what caused them. Due to Drow laws, his mother was killed shortly after he was born, for giving birth to an 'unnatural creature'. Fortunately for him, before he was also killed, their goddess, Lovina, stepped in taking him for herself.

The goddess saw potential in him, though ever she didn't understand what exactly it was. As years passed and the priestesses of Kinestri City raised him, she realized she wouldn't be disappointed with the decision of keeping him alive. He became her most devout follower, and most skilled assassin. She could hand him any challenge and he'd blindly follow her orders, regardless of risk to himself.

Jemai always knew his people would never fully accept him, even with his goddess' backing; because of this he became very cold, distant, and hate filled. The very people he was protecting saw him as an outsider, or worse, a freak. As years passed. he moved from Kinestri to lead a charge against a City within Genovra Province. The city was captured and renamed to Illicitus City. The humans who occupied it were slaughtered, few managed to escape the masecre.

With the successful capture, Lovina stationed Jemai at Illicitus to keep watch of the High Elves and Mystic Elves, since their populations were spread throughout the province; the most notable being the high concentration of the Touka Family within Cupa City.
